Copy from Excel and Paste to DataGridView

Could someone tell me how to write the code so I can copy cells from
Excel and paste them into Datagridview cells?

A user should be able to to to excel, highlight some cells, hit ctrl c,

then go to the windows form and paste those in a datagridview control.
When I try this it pastes everything into one big cell, even if I
highlight multiple cells in the datagrid view.
