Copy/Fill cell values in a column

I have a pivot table that I "copy/paste values" to create a lookup table. It
works fine EXCEPT for the inherent blanks from the pivot table.

Is there a quick way to fill in the blanks between the pivot entries in my
new lookup table?

Thanks for any pointers in advance.

What do you want to "fill in the blanks" with?

Or do you just want to remove the blanks?

F5>Special>Blanks>OK

Do what you want with the selected cells by Edit>Delete

Gord,
Thanks for the reply. I want to fill the blanks with the last non-blank
value in the column (let's see if I can show that in here)...

Fox Brown Male
Female
White Male
Female
Wolf Grey Male
Brown Male

..........and so on......

In the example above, I would copy/paste the pivot table as values, but
would have blanks (vertically) between Fox and Wolf, Brown and White, etc. I
would like to fill in the blanks between Fox and Wolf with "Fox" (the last
vertical entry in the table) for every blank. And the same goes for the
blanks between Brown and White (I want to fill them in with "Brown").

Thanks for the assistance.

After the copy/paste special as values to another sheet or wherever select the
column and F5>Special>Blanks>OK.

In the active blank cell type an = sign then point to the cell above and hit
CTRL + ENTER to fill the blank cells via the formulas.

Edit>Copy>Paste Special>Values>OK>Esc
