Copy File & Folder Permission

Hello:

I have copy the file & folder into new server. Is it possible to
apply the same permission from old server to new server? Does any batch
or utility can do that?

I just only want to have apply same permission from the old server. (Due
to the files is too large, I can use NT backup & restore again).

I think your best bet would be to copy again using ROBOCOPY from the w2k3
resource kit. It has an option to copy not only the security but the
ownership.
