copy error while installing XP Service pack 2

i have tried to install the sp2 about five times and each time it gets to the
same file and gives me a copy error message which is " cannot copy the file
Sqlse20.dll "
then it ask if i want to skip this file and continue and i click yes then
it asks for destination folder and i find it and i visibly see the
Sqlse20.dll file and every time i click retry it doesn,t copy it to the
destination........, need help or suggestion

I tried the install cd and got an setupsql.dl_ error can't copy file
yesterday.
I have tried the windows update file, network file and the cd I still can't
get sp2 to do a complete install.

Here are the errors that I have received.
I've tried about six times to install sp2.
I wonder if the people that have install problem like mine have some piece
of hardware in common?

windows update install - ocmsn.dll error
network install - ocgen.dl_ error
sp2 cd - setupsql.dl_ error

I have the following:
Celeron 2.40 cpu
Asus p4p800 se motherboard
Ami bios
Nvidia geforce fx5200
Adaptec 2940u scsi card
3com 3c90x-tx
Marvell yukon gigabit - onboard
Soundmax sound card - onboard

i resolved the copy error issue by doing a search of the drive C: for a
file called peernet, this folder contains the file in question and should
contain only three dll files (sqldb20.dll,sqlqp20.dll,sqlse20.dll) my
original file had something unreadable in it so i remove the contents and now
it only has the three mentioned above.
i tried the sp2 again and the installation went without any problems.

file called peernet, this folder contains the file in question and should
contain only three dll files (sqldb20.dll,sqlqp20.dll,sqlse20.dll) my
original file had something unreadable in it so i remove the contents and now
it only has the three mentioned above.
i tried the sp2 again and the installation went without any problems.
