Copy email addresses from excel to windows mail

I have a number of e mail addresses in an excel file which I want tocopy and
paste into windows mail group.
How can I do this?

Probably quite similar to importing email addresses to Outlook which is done
from the Outlook application but not sure.

Save the file as csv for Windows Mail
