copy email addressees to contact list

I am a cc of an outgoing message to a list of more than 75 individual email
addressees.

I need to capture each of these addressees for future mailings myself. I
know that I can right click and save individually but this is going to take
quite a bit of time.

Is there a direct means of group copying the email adressess into my contact
listing or better yet into a distribution list within Outlook 2003?

Thanks to all for their advice and tips.

If all the addresses are in Internet format and separated by semicolons,
yes. Otherwise, no.

Thanks for response Brian.

The message was send as a series of email addresses separated by semicolons.

What steps do I take to do this en-masse rather than each address
one-at-a-time?

Thanks again for your help..

Open a new DL (File>New>Distribution List). Click Select Members. Go to
where the list of semicolon-separated addresses are and select them.
Right-click the selection and choose Copy. Go back to the DL creation form
and right-click in the Members field. Choose Paste. Click OK.

Brian,

Thanks so very much for the response.

After the DL has been created, can it be sent to another person to "add " as
an entry into their contact list for their use is sending messages to the
same group?

It is so great to find such helpful folks in the group.

Yes, you can mail it to another Outlook user. Open a new message and drag
the DL to the message to attach it. The recipient should be able to drag te
attachment to the Contacts folder.
