Copy DVD to hard drive

When i copy a movie to the hard drive using media center, i get stocked when
retreiving the information of the movie from the internet, i select the title
and then when click on next, the title is deselected and i get an error
message telling me that i must select the title.
i go back and select it, and when clicking on next, it gets deselected
again and i get the same error, over and over.

What could be wrong?

It has to be an issue with streaming media and the site concerned,
The site? Any restrictions? Encrypted? Tried site's FAQ?
The content? Pay-per-view?

But the body of your post indicates a file download? -
These are not the same thing!

P2P file sharing?
Legit download site?
