I just bought a new computer. On another computer I created a custom form
for my Contacts in OL 2003. How can I copy that custom form to my new
computer?
Thanks.

On the first computer, create a new item with the custom form. Then use File | Save As to save it as an .oft file. Copy the .oft file to the second computer. Run it, then use Tools | Forms | Publish Form to publish it to either the Contacts folder or the Personal Forms library.

Or just copy the entire .pst file to the new machine and use it as your default store for Outlook there.
