Hello
Can someone tell me how to copy conditional formatting on to other rows and columns just like how a formula is copied....ALONG WITH THE REFERENCE CELL CHANGING.
For example,.. if i have A1 to A5 filled 1,2,3,4,5 and A6 has 4
B1 to B5 filled 5,4,3,2,1 and B6 has 2.
and I apply conditional formatting to cells A1:A5 with cell value>A6 as red font.... now 5 is in red.
Now how do I copy the same to B1:B5 with cell value>B6.....so that I get 3,4,5 in red.
I've tried using Format painter and paste special...but then the reference cell is still A6 instead of B6.
If anyone knows how to get this done.... please ..it'd save me a lot of unnecessary trouble.
