Copy colors from [excel 97 SR-2]

Where is this menu item?

(It's been a long time since I've used xl97 and I don't recognize it in xl2003.)
 
Mine is not woriing on either machine I have it on?

Copy a color palette to another workbook

1 Open the workbook that contains the color palette you want to copy.
2 Switch to the workbook that you want to copy the color palette to.
3 On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Color tab.
4 In the Copy colors from box, click the workbook that contains the
color palette you want to copy, and then click OK.
 
Ahhh. That menu!

And you're sure you have a second workbook open in the same instance of excel?
Use File|Open to make sure that it's open in the same instance.
 
I have excel 97 installed on two separate machines. The problem is
both installations.It is not the case of something getting corrupted.
I loaded on all the patches and the problem is still there.

Sorry Dave, I misread the meaning of your post. Yes, you are correct
about having the file open first. Thanks for your help. Again.
