Copy body of mail to an excel file

Hi,

I have to copy all the mails body from Inbox(or other fldrs) to a particular excel sheet.

I have a form with a button, click on the button we can select any folder in the outbox, then copying all the mail body to an excel sheet.

Next time , overwriting the new mails body to the excel sheet content.

pls hlp!
