copy and pasting

Hi,

When I copy data from one worksheet and paste it into another worksheet I
have to format the columns because everything is squeezed together. Is there
a way to copy and paste and have everything be formatted the same.

Click on the box to the left of the A, and above the 1 in the source
worksheet. which highlights the full worksheet.
Then go to the destination, select the same box there, Edit, Paste Special,
Format.
