My son keeps flooding his desktop with copy after copy after copy. He is on a
limited account access and still does it . How do I stop him from being able
to do this?

You haven't told us how old your son is. If he's older than 5, simply
telling him not to do that any more and taking away computer privileges if
he does will do the job. If he's younger than 5, he shouldn't be on the
computer unsupervised anyway.

If for some reason you feel that won't work (I have a client with an
autistic child where normal parenting techniques don't work for instance),
then you should look into using either MVP Doug Knox's Security Console or
the MS Shared Computer Toolkit to lock down the machine. If you want to be
even more obsessive about it, then buy Deep Freeze by Faronics.
