Hi,
I work in IT for a large corporate company and we recently rolled out
a number of machines where a problem has been reported which has got
us all scratching our head.
The machines are installed with:
Windows XP Pro
Novell Netware Client
Office 2003
And a few other basic in house systems.
The problem we are having is that around 50% of users have reported
problems in copy and pasting. No matter what application they are
copying from or pasting to they have to copy it at least twice as the
1st time the past button is greyed out.
This makes no diferrence if they use the right click or they use Ctl
key.
This has not affected all users however all the users are in the same
container within Active Directory so the profiles should be exactly
the same.
Has anyone heard of this before that they can advise?
