I have been able to copy and past before and now it will not work. I haven't
changed anything. On the tool bars the buttons are grayed out and when I try
with the right click on the mouse, doesn't work either. I even tried old
school, ctrl c and ctrl v. Still not working!! Someone help!

Suggest you post to a newsgroup for Word instead of to Access, a relational
database product by Microsoft.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

I would suggest that you repost the question in a newsgroup which supports
Word. This group is for a different program, Microsoft Access. The webpage can
be confusing and may have misled you - scroll down the list of subject areas
and post in a Word group.

It helps a lot if you post the version of Windows and of Word that you are
using.
