Copy and Paste from IE to Word Crashes Word...Help?

Whenever I try and Copy and Paste text from Internet Explorer Microsoft Word
just freezes up (everything else works fine but Word needs to be closed and
restarted). Is there any sort of update i can download or changes i need to
make to correct this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Use Edit > paste Special > unformatted text, otherwise the freeze maybe
because you are trying to paste the whole internet into your document via
links the text contains!
