Copy and Paste Error - Microsoft Outlook 2000

When attempting to copy text or URL details from the web into
Microsoft Outlook 2000, an icon appears that looks like a floppy disk.
I would appreciate advice or solutions if you have experienced this
problem.
 
If you are using Word as your email editor it might be to choose what format
you paste. Send me a screenshot and the procedure you are using.
