My 200GB drive is failing. So I plugged a new one in the system. On
Windows Explorer, I try to copy all data from the failing one to the
new one. At one point, a pop up comes on saying "CRC error, cannot
copy nnnnn.ext." I click on the OK button, then copy ends. Now how
can I copy all the data in this case? If that one CRC-error file
can't be copied, How to exclude it?

Norton Ghost or drive image pro will do the trick.

Tried Ghost. It took quite a while so I left for lunch. When I'm
back. It's on Windows Login screen again. Once I log in, Ghost
pop-up says error happened and asks me to check the file integrity.
But the new drive can't even be accessed from Windows Explorer. I had
to use Windows Disk Manager to re-create its partition. What seems to
be wrong?
