Copy address book (contacts) from Outlook 2003 to Outlook Express?

How can I copy the address book which I use in Outlook 2003 to Outlook
Express?
 
Export your OL contacts as a CSV file > Import the CSV file into Address
Book via File > Import > Other address book.
