Copy across Document & Settings (cont'd from earlier)

Can anyone help...

It seems to be a simple problem but...read the story

Did all that, but same problem with the same files.

As I just posted in reply in earlier thread,
can you tell use the path and filenames of
the files that fail to copy ?

Logged in Safe Mode as Administrator

The source user is philip the destination user is phil

First file:
c:\documents and settings\philip\application
data\microsoft\excel\xlstart\PDFMaker.xla

Then I unselected the Application Data folder before
trying to copy again.

Next file:
c:\documents and settings\philip\local
settings\temp\vnetlib.config

Each time it does this it just kills the paste, so I have
to start all over again.

Yesterday I tried being more specific and just
unselecting the final folder e.g. c:\documents and
settings\philip\application data\microsoft\excel\xlstart
before copying. I didn't write other file names down but
As I recall there were others under Application Data.

Any thoughts?
