Copy a userform from one template to another

Hi there,

A userform in a Word-Template must be copy in certain situations to another
template. Does anybody have an idea how to automate this task?

Any help would be appreciated

It's a userform (custom dialog box) which must be copy automatically to
another template. We use Word 2002 with SP3.
