Coputer freeze

My coputer randomly freeze, take no input must restart. I have cheke
Harddisk; memory and cpu using "The ultimate boootcd" Bu
no problems where found. It hapends both in windows and linux so i
cant be software

Is there any way to test the motherboard (asus p4p800)

Could it have anything to do with my network connection

Reduce your system to the absolute minimum number of components. If the
machine can then operate without locking up, you'll know that the
problem lies in one of those removed components, or some interaction
amongst them.
