coping folders from one domain to other domain

hello every1

i want to copy folders from one domain1 to another domain2
with old permissions(domain1) and shares.

can any one help me out

If there is a trust between the domains, you can copy the files to the new
location, and then acl them with account/s from the other, but when files
are copied like that they will inherit the perms of their new location.
