I have an executive in Florida with a computer that has outlook 2000 loaded
and he wants to load his contacts from his computer in NY i have created cd
with a .PST fine on it a back up of the NY computer. The florida computer
only has a dial connection to the internet and cannot connect to the
exchange server. is there a way to load the .PST file on to the florida
machine so he can retrive his contact lists?
 
He copes the pst from the cd, removes the read only tick and opens it using
File, open, outlook data store. He can either move or copy the contacts to
his default message store or leave the pst in the profile.
