Coolsearch.biz has planted itself as my default home page

coolsearch.biz has planted itself as my default homepge.
Please help in how I can remove it permantly
 
I would assume that coolsearch.biz is part of spyware. I would try
downloading AdAware or Spybot S&D. Run both of them and remove all
spyware. I would recommend doing this a couple times to make sure ALL
instances of spyware are removed because if there is a small fragment of
spyware on the system it can actually rebuild and reinstall itself and others
very quickly.
