hi i wanted to know if i could do something a bit "web page" with my
switchboard. i want to make the buttons transparent, lay an image on top &
operate buttons thru the image. i have managed to do this except that i cant
get the buttons past "0" on the tab stop order to work unless i actually tab
to the button first using TAB button. then i can click & it works fine.

further to this, i would like to have a larger version of image on top of
the first image, but not visible, when mouse is over the larger image, then
i want it to appear (and click button thru images)

am i wasting my time on this one???

thanks for your time...

since your command button is transparent, you might try putting it *on top
of* the image instead of under it. also, suggest you take a look at MVP
Arvin Meyer's MouseMove.mdb. you can download it directly from

http://www.datastrat.com/Download/MouseMove.zip

or go to
http://www.datastrat.com/Download2.html
and click on the MouseMove2K link.

Arvin's code manipulates controls on a form. i haven't tested it for image
controls, but if it doesn't work the same at least you'll have an idea of
how you need to set up your code.

you always know the best resources, Jeff - gonna add these to my list of

LOL
you're generous - think what you could rake in with a 900 number! <g>

Oh sure, Tina.. I can see it now:

"Oh, honey... what are these calls to a 900 number on our phone bill?!"
"Oh, um.. I was meaning to tell you..."
"You've been calling some sex hotline! How *dare* you!"
"No, no, no, honey, you've got it all wrong - it's a number to get Microsoft
Access information!"
"WHAT! ACCESS! OK, That's it! Sex hotlines I could deal with but... but
Access hotlines? You'll be hearing from my lawyer!!"
