Cookies

All of a sudden I am unable to disable cookies. If I right
click the IE icon on my desktop/ properties I should have
a security tab through which I can sort out the cookies.
This tab is not there. Also if, when online, I enter
tools/ internet options I get a message stating that due
to restrictions I can't do anything. Does anyone have any
idea how to locate the disable cookie page.

In IE6 Cookies are controlled from the Privacy tab.
