launch internet explorer
click on tools
then internet options
then click delete cookies
then click ok on the window that pops up
then click delete files
put a checkmark in delete all offline content
then click ok
then click on settings
then click on view files
if there are any files listed here click on edit
then select all
then hit delete on key board
