Select Internet Options then Security.

Not for IE6. In IE6 Cookie use is set via the Privacy tab.
Use the Privacy Report to access it quickly. Press Alt-V,v,Alt-S

Catherine,

The fact that you are using the web interface to post with
may prove that you already have Cookies working for you.

Use the Privacy Report to see if you don't have one already
Accepted. Press Alt-V,v

You can even read their Privacy Policy by clicking on Summary
once the item associated with the accepted Cookie is selected.

So, what the message may imply is something entirely different
from what it says literally. Realize that programmers are always
a ridiculously optimistic lot. Nothing can ever go wrong. Hence,
the amount of work that they put into error messages and other
diagnostics tends to be minimal. For example, if in this case the
message is issued for the condition that the Cookie the browser
is presenting is somehow different from what it was expecting,
instead of getting a precise diagnostic which tells you that it will give
you its guess as to *why* it isn't getting what it wants. Naturally this
is very misleading to the end user when the guess is wrong.

One common cause is the client computer's date is wrong...

Another possibility is that your Cookies for that site are old
and you are using a Favorite URL to enter the site rather than
use what might be regarded as the site's "front door" where
you would always be given a new one.

Other less probable cases are also possible. See if you can
make use of the above information to find a fix and if not post
back with more detailed observations.

BTW normally I don't reply to such generic Subjects. Please learn
to provide some kind of distinguishing details in your Subject.
