How do I manage my cookies? I believe I have about 800 cookies -- the
system won't allow access to or even show the address of my cookie file. Is
a large number of cookies a problem? Will I cause a problem if I were to
delete all of them? How can I edit that file? I am using Vista. I am
using Webroot Spymaster weekly to find and eliminate spyware, which are
almost always cookies.

Use the following to view, then delete the unwanted.

Then export your remaining cookies to a file.

http://www.karenware.com/powertools/ptcookie.asp

You can then delete cookies en-block, as is your want, then import your
saved file of cookies.

Windows Mail doesn't use cookies.

Internet Explorer does - and that's why I get about 100 of them a week.
