1. Make sure you apply Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
along with all security updates from the Microsoft Windows Update Web site.
In Windows click Start | Windows Update to launch Internet Explorer to
access the Windows Update web site.
2. In Windows XP right-click on the Internet Explorer 6.0 icon and
click Properties.
3. In the Internet Properties window click on the Privacy tab and set
the security level from Medium to Accept All Cookies.
4. Click on the Security tab. On each Internet Zone (Internet, Local
Intranet, Trusted sites, and Restricted sites) click Default Level to make
sure all Security Zones are set to their default levels.
Note: if the Internet Security Zones are already set to their default
levels, the Default Level button will not be selectable/clickable.
Click Apply | OK in the Internet Properties window to accept and save all
changes. .
