cookies/homepage

hello,
is there a way to keep the cookie(s) for my homepage's personalization
settings when deleting cookies and temp. internet files using the 'internet
options' dialog box?
i routinely clear out these files and loose my homepage info until i sign in
again, and reset it as the default. can the cookie(s) be taken and placed
somewhere else? can they be singled out to be left alone while the others
are deleted- other than selecting and manually deleting cookies
individually?
