converting to pdf

I have Adobe Acrobat 7.0 professional and am using MS Office Pro 2003. I
need to convert a powerpoint presentation to pdf before emailing it to
someone. The problem is that when I convert it then the slides will only
print out for the recipient as 1 slide per page. Is there a way to convert
the document so that the recipient can print the document showing 6 slides
per page?

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Sure. The problem is that you're using the toolbar that Adobe supplies, I'm
guessing. It only allows printing slides, not other printout types. There are
reasons for that, but we don't care about 'em right now.

All you need to do is choose File, Print, choose the Adobe PDF printer instead
of your default printer, choose whatever other PPT printing options you like,
then print. It'll be just like printing to paper but you get a PDF instead.

You may want to experiment with different Adobe PDF properties settings. There
are built-in sets of options (I'd try Smallest File Size for emailing; if the
quality isn't quite good enough, change to Standard).

I'd also set:

Adobe PDF Output Folder: Prompt for Adobe PDF filename
Checkmark next to "View Adobe PDF Results"
