Converting to C++

I have seen a program that compiles excel to java, is there one that does
the same for c++?

are you sure?
I don't think that there is a program whch compiles "Excel" to JAVA,
and AFAIK there is no such tool available for C++

Yeah, I saw it the other day. I was searching google and there it was.

I did not save it. I just did a google for excel to c++ and it was in one of
the results.
