converting numbers into words

Does anyone have a script to convert numbers into words (e.g. in the way you
would print on a check)?

Copy Bernie Deitrick's DOLLARS Function from this site and paste it to a
general module.

Then enter 123456.45 in a cell.

In another cell enter =DOLLARS(cellref,TRUE) & " cents"

OK. Try http://www.bygsoftware.com/examples/examples.htm#Accountants

There's a num2wrds link which downloads a file with check writing routines.
Should be easy enough to modify for the xx/100 cents you require.

Actually, the correct formaulation is "... and xx/100 dollars." "xx/100
cents" doesn't make sense -- or cents.
