I have some macros that were written specifically for Excel 97. When I
try to run them on Excel 2002, I get errors. Is anyone else getting
this problem?

Thanks.

Not ever. How does the errors behave ? Is somethig to read displayed somewhere, if so
what, or does the pc just die with a minimoog soundtrack ?

Don't you mean 'How *do* the errors behave?
If you're trying to make yourself look superior to everyone else, you
should brush up on those grammar skills.

Nobody knows everything. If we did, I'm sure we wouldn't be here asking
for advice.

Well excuse me for trying to narrow down your (=not my) problem. English is not my first
language, so grammar errors do and will appear. But I do master the language well enough
to know that my honest response to this (=**** you) should not be posted in a newsgroup
like this.

Best wishes Harald

You are way out of line with your rebuke of Harald. This is a
peer-to-peer newsgroup where everyone is eager to help in any way they can
and no one ever takes on a better-than-thou attitude. No one! Harald
especially is very patient and very helpful. You read him totally wrong.
Post back and give details of what you have, what you did, what Excel
did, what you expected Excel to do, and what the error messages are. I'm
betting that Harald will be the first one to offer help and advice. HTH

Hi Otto

In Shay's case you'd loose the bet I'm afraid. Even vikings loose their temper once in a
while <g>

But what's wrong with this ExcelTip thing ? Replies appear next to, not below as a proper
thread. Very annoying. (Or is it just happening on my OE ?)

Best wishes Harald

I saw nothing in Haralds post to warrant this, we don't get paid to help
people who can't (or can't be bothered to) work out their own problems.

Errr, let's get it straight:

Notice any difference in the two quotes above?

You should have posted a complete description of your problem in the first
place.
