How can I Update Excel 97 to Excel 2002?

Visit eBay and buy Excel 2002 (or Office XP).

I'm not sure you can buy xl2002 from a retailer with xl2003 available.

But check a few online stores and you might find something.

There are new and used versions available in amazon marketplace
