Converting lotus notes emails to outlook

Does Microsoft have a mailbox converter to export Lotus Notes Release 5
emails and folders to a Outlook 2000 .pst file. I want to convert a large
..nsf to a .pst.

Thanks. I did find something here. It does cost $, but then there is no

Will it export to any other file type? I have had good success using Access
as an intermediary for ACT.
