Converting JPG to a DVD format

I need a program that is able to convert JPG file to MPEG or some
other format that can be read on a DVD player; preferably doing an
entire folder at once. Thanks for your time. Joe

Your DVD player should have a jpeg browser built-in - even the cheapies have
that now....

EasyVCD can do it.
