Converting HTML messages to Plain Text

I have a visually impaired employee and he can't read HTML emails in his
Outlook. He has to read all email in PLAIN text format. The problem is when
the HTML message is converted to Plain Text, the user can only see HTML code.
Does Microsoft offer an option where the HTML will be converted to Plain
text and the user will be able to read the message?

Both Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 have this ability.

Could you tell me where in Outlook you go to make this work correctly?

Thanks,

What does minimizing outlook to the tray have anything to do with my initial
question, which was How to Convert HTML messages to Plain Text Format and not
be converted to HTML Code?
