Converting from XP Outlook 2003 to VISTA

To migrate contacts from Outlook 2003 to VISA, is there a better way then
mapping csv files?

If Outlook 2003 is installed on Vista and using the proper PST file, Windows
Contacts can import directly from Outlook.

If I were You I would keep Outlook, because Windows mail in Vista has too
many flaws
