Im trying to convert From Outlook Express to Outlook as my default mail

Configure Outlook completely. Import your OE account into Outlook with
File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail Account Settings. You can also
import your OE Contacts and Rules with FIle>Import and Export>Internet Mail
and Addresses. Don't import your mail this way. For that, use Outlook
Express and File>Export>Messages.

For moving your data from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003, you shouldn't have
to do anything. Upgrading Outlook should maintain all your current
settings. To be safe, make a copy of your PST file (with Outlook closed, of
course).
