Converting from Outlook 2000 to to Outlook 2003

I have a new computer in which I installed Office 2003 Pro. My old machine
ran Office 2000 Pro. I need to import the Outlook 2000 files(mailboxes and
address book), so I can continue where I left off in Outlook 2003.

The mail accounts appear to have tranferred OK. But the address book and
mailboxes are ignored by Outlook 2003. None of the help files seem to deal
with this particular problem.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you.
