Converting From Basic to Dynamic hoses installation

so i install winVista and then convert my basic system HD
to dynamic. At the next restart get some fallback errors
and after a while it tell me it can't boot. What gives?
Is this a bug or by design?

ok after reinstalling the os get the same message

What version of Vista?
