Converting foreign Xp into English???

I have the korean version of windows xp. I want to
convert the whole thing into english, since some of my
games do not work on the korean version for some reason.
I tried the regional setting and all, but nothing seems
to work. I can write in korean and in english, but I
want everything in english, such as the interface, menus,
etc. I am sick of getting ??????? marks on my menus. I
just want everything in english. Please help me!!!!

You cannot upgrade or convert the operating system from one
language version to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the
full version of English WinXP to perform a clean installation.

Sorry, there's no way to convert. You need a whole new copy in
English.
