If you don't still have a copy of Word Pro to export the documents in
MS Word format, you're going to have trouble. See

Aside from the one suggested, I found out that IBM actually offers a free
viewer for Lotus SmartSuite files, you can download it at
ftp://ftp.lotus.com/pub/lotusweb/product/smartsuite/Kvlotus.exe. Once you
open the document you can actually copy and paste the contents onto a blank
word document. The thing is that you will have to redo some formatting on the
document once you are finished copy-pasting everything

If you still have your Lotus WordPro software installed, just save the
document as Microsoft Word.
