Converting EST to US Mountain Time zone

How can I convert Eastern Standard time to Mountain Time
Zone?

I used to convert the otherway arround but now I need to
convert it from EST to MST.

Any help appreciated.

use -2 rather than +2

Such as MST:DateAdd("h", -2, Time())
This will work assuming the calculation will be executed in the EST's time
zone.
