I have a user that has the full version of Acrobat 4.0 installed and all the
Word add-ins. He is trying to convert a .doc to a pdf file. When he tries
to do this he gets a message stating that "The macro cannot be found or has
been disabled because of your macro security settings." I have duplicated
his setup on my PC, but when I open Word I get a promt asking me to enable
or disbale macros. This allows me to create pdfs through Word. But he is
not getting this promt. The maco security settings are identical, set at
meduim. And his pdfmaker file is in the startup folder the same as mine. I
have tried changing his security settings to low, but the result is the
same. I think that somehow he needs to be promted so that he can select
enable macros.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Brett
