Converting backup file from outlook 2007 to 2003

i have to use outlook 2003 for a while and have a lot of important mails in a
backup file fraom 2007. Is it possible to convert this file so that i can
use it in outlook 2003?
 
No conversion should ne necessary. Outlook 2003 and 2007 both use the same
Unicode .PST file format, so the data files are interchangeable. With
Outlook 2007 closed, make a copy of your current .PST file. Take this copy
to the Outlook 2003 machine, place it in a folder where it will NOT
overwrite any existing .PST files, make sure its not set READ ONLY, then
open it with Outlook 2003 using 'File|Open|Outlook Data File'.
