Converted Word and Acess 97 to 2003 keeps asking to convert

I converted Word and Access 97 to 2003. Everytime I open the file it asks me
to convert the database and save it. Is there any way to stop this and keep
the file in 2003 format?

Sounds like your database is still in the access 97 format convert it to
2003 and then the message will go away. Just installing the latest version
of office does not upgrade the databases.
